I don't have any 1/4 Dr impact swivels and most sets are 5-15 mm...how much do folks use 5-7mm. Every time I don't buy part of a set I usually regret it, techs that use 1/4 Dr please help...Thx

Depends. I use mine all the time. Every size from 5-15. I could live without a few of the sizes but i would buy the whole set.

My theory is if you buy a set, buy a complete set (or at least fill in the holes when you can) because trusting that the guy who spec'd the set and made the decision that it was safe to skip sizes may not be right. Or in other words, inevitably you will need the tool you don't have...

I'm gonna need to add the 7 shortly, but my go to rack of 1/4 swivels is 8, 10, 11, 13, and 15

Except for a 9 mil on anything vaguely "American"...

I got a 7-15mm set. I've thought about adding the 5.5mm, but I haven't really truly needed it yet, and I can hardly imagine when I'd need a 5, 6 or 9mm... at least not at ~$40 a pop.

5.5 and 7mm are very common on late model cars. trim screws and blower motors, and AC actuators to name a few applications. To me it's better to have them and not need them, than to need them and not have them. as others have said 8, 10, 13 mm are also real common.
