I have finally found a site selling the above mentioned 1/4 drive regular depth, non impact, chrome socket. It's going to run me just over $4 with shipping.
Figured I would give the fine folks here a chance to unload any extras they have. Any decent condition USA made socket without initials - I'll offer $4 shipped. If no response, I'll go ahead an order it on line Monday.
Would rather support the common man than some publically traded Fortune 500 conglomerate.
