1/4 drive Cornwell flex head ratchet

I have a Cornwell 1/4 drive flex head ratchet the head is very floppy.I have owned since I bought it brand new off the tool truck IN 2006 and no more dealer,he went under.Ratcheting mechanism works good and the holes going through the handle for the pin are a little wore out.Will Cornwell warranty it for this reason?The part number is TRF-3NOH

I know Snap On warrantied one for me. The rebuild kits cannot fix it, so they replaced it. I would assume Cornwell would do the same. I would shoot them an email and explain the situation.

Send it in and they'll send you back a new one with the updated spring loaded ball detents.

I might have my Matco tool dealer get it to a Cornwell dealer he knows if this dealer is still in business.If not,I will send it in and know the address already

You might not like the detents. I prefer a friction joint like Snap-on uses.

Yes, I just did this with a 3/8 flex head .
I mailed mine in,I was very pleased with their customer service.

This one is starting to go bad,starting to spread at the handle part.

I had a 3/8 flex and the corwell man took it home with him and repaired it and returned it the next week. I know no help being you don't have a cornwell man. Just send it in.
