Off the top of my head (crashed at relatives by work, headed in for 12+ hour day now), the Craftsman impact driver's bits are either 1/4" or 5/16". While I can't find the part numbers online, the store sells replacement bits for #47641.

Oh most certainly.. my impact driver has a #3 bit. Its a craftsman. I would image they would be available seperately.

It is actually a 3/8 hand impact tool with an 3/8 drive adapter socket that accepts teh 5/16 hex drive impact bits. #3 Phillips is included. I know that it isn't 1/4 drive, but i haven't found any impact screwdriver bits unless they were 5/16 hex drive, for use in a 3/8 square drive adapter.

Had a look in their catalog, the only 1/4" PH3 I saw did not seem to be impact grade.

Those are power-drive too, not impact-grade, aren't they?

Apex ROCKS; thats all we used at the body shop working on tractor trailers... you cannot go wrong with their BITS! They last longer then anything I have used; we used them with 1/2" impact wrenches! They sell bits and a 1/2" holder for them all impact rated and heat treated!
