1/4" locking wobble extension bars - who makes them?

I am looking for some 1/4" wobble bars which lock. There are plenty of normal 1/4" extension bars which lock, but I can't seem to find much in the wobble variety. The only thing I have found is by the Australian company Kincrome who do Lok-On locking wobble extension bars - as an example these offer 10º wobble and lock:

On another question, does anyone know if any company makes a flexible socket extension which can lock?

Snap-on makes a 3/8" locking wobble that does 16°, 203FXWKL.

Maybe you should invest in some swivels.

No I mean lock the socket in place.In the Australian one I posted it says:

"LOK-ON® extension bars include a quick release coupler to hold the socket or accessory securely"
