1/4 square drive to hex extension?

Hi all, I'm stumped...
We have 1/4" square drive "spinner handle" extensions everywhere.
We have simple screwdriver-style hex bit drivers without 1/4 square input.
But we do not seem to have any 1/4 square drive extensions that have a hex bit end.
(There are a few short ones like this, but I need it longer)

Doe anyone know where I can find something like this with a 1/4 square drive at the back end of the handle. (Theres no ratchet drive on that Craftsman)

Use this http://www.sears.com/craftsman-prof...p-00943372000P?prdNo=5&blockNo=5&blockType=G5
Combined with http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003KN3FU6/?tag=atomicindus08-20. My Craftsman spinner handle has the 1/4" female drive in the end of the handle, this should too. I think that's what you're talking about.

That Snap On one is nice Wamsutta just posted, but the Craftsman is much cheaper.

Or you can buy the spinner handle and use a 1/4" x 1/4" magnetic socket similar to this to hold the bit http://www.ebay.com/itm/Grey-Pneuma...970294?hash=item2c690c3b36:g:UEAAAOxyVX1Rvx8g

Or the spinner handle and this which is made for the bits. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001HW898K/?tag=atomicindus08-20

Thanks for the info, the multi-part route is all I could find or figure out too.
Was hoping someone made at least a straight simple square drive extension for hex bits, guess not, instead it requires a bit adapter socket.

I have a new spare medium size SO screwdriver handle and extensions laying around here and figure I have a couple options...

1) SO handle plus this driver shank or this thing, plus this square drive inserted onto the shank at the **** of the handle

2)Keep it simple.. just use a standard square drive spinner handle/extension like this, and put this adapter on the end.
Maybe knock the ball out of the end, drill through, and attach the adapter with a roll pin or peen in a solid stainless pin.

With all these damn bits being used nowadays, I'm finding it real odd that someone isn't already making what I've described. Its always a convoluted fat heavy ratching contraption without a square drive in the ****, or its a super simple hex driver with a hex shank and magnet, again w/o a square drive.

If you haven't guessed by now, I don't like adapters or other extra tools in the mix.
They add slop laterally and rotationally, fall off, or get lost.

Update..
I picked up one of these Wiha bit drivers.
By pressing the silver collar the "blade" extends in/out and also comes completely out, handy for two reasons.. once out it can be turned by a standard 1/4 socket, and other blades can be bought for the Drive-Loc handle.

When retracted its only ~6" long overall, so it fits well in a tool bag, yet it extends to ~10" overall if needed.

That looks like the friction ring retainer type. Sometimes you need pliers to get out the small bits. It's nice when it takes the small 1" insert bits, because they cost less, weigh less and take up less room, but that's probably a personal preference. It's nice to have that option.

There seems to be the friction ring retainer type, the magnetic type, and the locking/sprung collar type. Then a combination of a magnet with the locking collar or friction ring retainer.

I don't like to use pliers, so locking collar type w/o magnet works well for me, for durability because impacting could be rough on a magnet, with the vibrations - but I have a magnet one for those ferrous occasions too. I say impact, because I don't want to buy one just for impact and another one just for hand torque. Mine locks the smaller insert bits that have little corner divots, which most of my bits have.
