Most of the Wilmar torque wrenches I Googled looked to be the same make as Harbor Freight. Thanks everyone, Anyone have any experience with a wilmar performance tool torque wrench?
Agreed, i was looking at the other "craftsman look alike" but the more i think about it the less interested i am. I think i will go get the 1/4 SO and buy another 3/8 from the indy guy at work. He just started to carry cdi wrenches so im curious to see them first-hand, always wanted a p-i split beam but the ranges dont suit me.Most of the Wilmar torque wrenches I Googled looked to be the same make as Harbor Freight.
It might be accurate but it's going to feel like it's full of sand and at the low end of the adjustment range you won't hear the feeble click.
I wouldn't recommend it for professional use on other people's cars.
I use mine a lot on motorcycle stuff.
I've used mine on transmission pan bolts.
...I suppose there are torque specs for the microscopic screws used in cellphones but when you get that small I trust "tight enough".
