1/4" White Pegboard

Where can I find 4'x8' 1/4" white pegboard in the northwest Chicago suburb area? All my local stores either have 1/4" brown or small sheets of 3/16" white.

Did you check Menards? I got some there, but its over a year ago.

In Porland Oregon there are a lot of store fixture outlets. They sell to retail stores and stock 1/4 inch thick pegboard in different colors. We sell metal pegboard in colors at ShopStorageCabinets.com. It's pretty expensive compared to 4 X 8 sheets of conventional pegboard but looks way cool.

I bought mine at Lowes and I've seen it at Home Depot.

The Antioch Menards has it.
But it is over on the back wall over by the plumbing stuff.
They call it "Garage Paneling."
It is 1/4 thick, white, with 1/4 holes.

Home Depot has it, it's called Garage Liner. It has a hard white finish on it and is tempered.
I used the stuff from Lowe's and it's not as nice as the HD stuff, the colors were off and different panels didn't match so I had to paint everything even though it was prefinished. The Lowe's stuff isn't tempered like the HD product.

Over several years, I bought enough of it from Home Depot to wallpaper my 32x40 shop... probably bought it three different times. It all matches.

I also bought some from my local hardware store, that carries lumber. Again, it matched fine.

I've used a truck load of white peg board in my barn and garage/shop screwed to studs over insulation above OSB which is mounted horizontally...this method covers an 8 foot wall...I only dropped one sheet on my foot and broke my big toe!

That's it..3/16" they call it. It's plenty strong as it has some temper to it. Perhaps nobody makes actual 1/4" stuff anymore? That's probably the best you can do.
