1 5/8" machine wrench ID (Oliver?)

This came with my Oliver lathe but searching to confirm the maker has come up empty. It had the same ugly school paint on it that the tool rests had so it's been with the machine for awhile. Could have easily migrated over from another shop machine though so I have no idea. It does fit the face plates nicely though.

I have a few Matador wrenches that were made for Mercedes that have that same raised pattern around the open end.
