i got a screwdriver (SSD4) that had a handle that was crumbling away. I sent SO an emailasking what i needed to do to replace it. they just asked for my address and sent one to my house. i was expecting just the handle but they sent an entire new screwdriver. the entire process took almost 2 weeks but i'm very pleased with their service.
