Can you elaborate?
Do you mean b/c it's like a gearing instead of the traditional 6 or 12 point?

I hear a lot of GJ people say they do not like 0 degree offset.
Otherwise, this is a HOT deal...?

I'm not sure how these work. You get 2 wrenches but they cover 8 sizes? Voodoo magic. Someone tell me how these work. Do they have some sort of insert to minimize the ring diameter or do they just "grip" the top of the bolt (not all the way through) and the rings are half & half.:headscrat

I didn't like the craftsman universal sockets when I first bought them, but now I think they're good for everything except cars.

I've never seen these in person but if you zoom in on the online pic it almost looks like the splines get wider from one side of the ring to the other. If so it'd make sense that the rings were half and half.

They look pretty gimmicky, I'm suprised Craftsman didn't make them light up too :bounce:.

Hi, I got these a couple weeks back and had non-functional ones. There is a thread just a few weeks back on these here. Mine had the plastic switch lever stuck. The whole batch was bad in my store. Quality not so good. Coo is China. Function and design is pretty good I think. Useful for some things like rounded off bolts or other things the universal style can handle and a 12 pt can't. But terrible quality here. Not worth it to me. Caveat Emptor. - Paul
