My first kick at selling on ebay! Let me know what ya think good and bad, thanks.

ebay tracking # 320372532943

You will probably not see a whole lot of interest with a local pickup only. It's not like these are that heavy and you can't get them from someone else. Your starting price looks good though.

Best of luck.

The shipping thing was a hic up, ebay gives you 3 options.
1- shipping cost the same for all buyers??????? not fare to the guy across town
2-local pick up
3-ebay shipping estamator, which came out way to exspensive IMO

I tried to state that I will ship anywere by Can post in my add, I guess I will have to figure out the best shipping option.

You will figure it out after a few sales, I can usually guess what the shipping will be via ups just by past shipping. I prefer shipping via ups or fedex account it gives a tracking number and includes the first 100 dollars of insurance free. Sometimes i'm a couple dollars over and sometimes i misjudge and i have to eat a couple dollars but normally im fairly close. I would guess 8-9 dollars for shipping on that pipe wrench in the apropriate box to the lower 48. Another thing you can look into is Flat rate shipping boxes via Usps, I keep some here at home and whatever you can get in that box it is the same price, no matter how much it weighs. Good luck selling your wrench.

Thanks, all good info I will try next time. I have bought lots of stuff on ebay, and being a Canuck I steer clear of UPS as they charge us a brokerage fee and GST when it X's the border, where as USPS does not charge anything. But I here ya on the tracking # thing, great peice of mind when you spent alot on $.

PayPal also has some kind of insurance up to a certain $ amount.

P.S I figured out how to revise the shipping thing. It looks like I can shipp it to NY for about 16$ CAD, $13.5 USD. If any one here wants on I will do it for $10 USD. I have 4.
