Ugh. I've never used a discount code like this before and not sure I didn't buy some aggravation. I got 4 items totaling more than $80. I entered the discount code which was accepted and the new price became $6x.** (80 something minus $15). I entered my paypal to pay for it and it ended up only paying for 1 item (it was my understanding that I was paying for the whole order not just 1 item). They other three items are listed as not yet paid for and this message :"This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount. The seller hasn't received payment for this order yet."

The price listed next to the three not yet paid for items does not reflect that any discount has been applied. ****. I basically messaged all the sellers asking that my order be canceled if Ebay is not going to honor their discount code.

Am I missing something here? Seems odd that 1 item was paid for but the other items were not. I don't even see an option to pay for the other items yet. IS eBay supposed to contact the seller to apply the discount, then they give me an updated price?
Not sure if I jumped the gun or not, but it looked to me like the discount code was accepted when I agreed to buy the items but that potentially it was not being applied when I wanted to pay for the items.

Lhorn, the discount code is all ebay and the sellers have nothing to do with it. I would suggest you contact ebay and explain what happened. They may be willing to honor the discount on the other items.

Are you sure you didn't click one of the links that said "pay this seller only" on checkout? I just noticed that tonight (not that i ebay much), but seems that could be where you got into your issue, and would explain what happened.

That's what's weird. I don't even see the option to pay for the remaining items. Even clicking on "unpaid items" there is nothing listed there. Yet they are listed as not having been paid for. Oh well. I"ll see what their response is.
