Latest find is a #10 punch. Item has some markings I am unfamiliar with. See below. Please reply with any insight.

It looks Japanese.
Maybe for leather working

I thought I saw USA in one of the pics. I agree with leather working tho.
Based on the Osborne system, I’d guess 5/16”, but not shaped like Osborne’s older ones.

Most of mine are Osborne, so I might not be much help, will look tomorrow.

I mentioned Japan because the third pic down looks like Kanji or other Japanese characters.
The Second pic showing what looks like a three leaf clover also looks like marks I’ve seen on items made in Japan.
The rough grinding would also not be uncommon on older Japanese tools, although rough grinding is hardly conclusive.

Originally thought the 10 was mm. Measured and it is more like 1/4" (~6mm)
You can see where what looks like a japanese character is a double stamped 4 and a 1 is above it vertically. Not sure what the significance of a 14 is.
Also spied the SA but tryaing to make out a U in front of it. It may just be initials (SA), but tose are not familiar to me.
Definatately a leather/material punch. It was with a bunch of other automotive tool and another 9/16" KRAEUTER punch.
More curious about the star/club/star symbol combination. Manufacturer and date/era would be the goal.

Anyone seen the star/club/star marking on any other tools? Maker's mark? Date code?
