Craigslist or Marketplace. You will probably have at least 50 to choose from. They are all basically the same unless you find an old as dirt delta or Atlas(craftsman). I watched both for a year looking for a 12" bench top to replace the tiny delta I had. Those are rare for a sane price, but a 10" should be easy picking.
