Just picked up this bench grinder for cheap. 10" wheels and only powered by 110 volts. It seems to have good power once up to speed is very stable and literally has a 6 min coast down. However, getting up to speed is a little slow and I am not sure if it normal or if the ancient capacitors are to blame. My problem is I cant find any values on the old caps to replace them with, anybody have a value I should start with? There are currently 2 caps in parallel.

The grinder is a beast and ways at least 150 lbs.
