10 year old floor

Need to put a sealer on my garage floor. It is 10 years old. When it was poured I guess the rebar was close to the top. I have some rebar starting to show through floor. What is a good sealer for the floor?

Some "sealers" require acid etch or grinding prior to application.

These would be epoxy or epoxy urethane. They would be "good" sealers.

doesnt "seal" well and customer service is terrible.

There has to be cheaper sealer on the market. I have not put anything on the floor. the floor is ten years old
