I run my 75,000 Big Max on a 100lb cylinder. It works fine but they are heavy to handle when full. I may look into a larger tank next season and try to lock in a lower rate.

I run my 80k btu Big Maxx on a 100 lb cylinder and it works fine. Been as cold as 5 degrees and it flowed plenty of propane. Works fine.

The first one you list isn't big enough. I have one of those and it's not rated to flow enough BTUs. I had to buy a bigger capacity one. I think the one I have is rated for 200k btus.

When I look at these at Tractor Supply, the F273767 didn't have the nozzle like F276136. Did you have to purchase the nozzle for the tank seperate?

If you call a rental place that rents propane tanks and heaters they can sell you a pigtail ( that's what they called it) so you can connect 2 or 3 small tanks together. I just got one last week for $32 and I hooked 3 20lb tanks together and it has ran my tube heater all week no problem. Tanks are out side and its been -15c here at night. Propane price delivered was $1.21 last week. Propane in a 20lb bottle has not gone up for some reason 70 cents a litre. Mr. Heater sells one that will do 2 tanks. F273737

I run a 45000 btu Mr Heater with 2 40lb bottles with an auto switching regulator and it's been cold here in Ohio this winter, runs fine with temp set at 48*.
