I could use your help, I have a 100sqft utility room which is attached to the garage that connects the garage to the basement. I will be putting my water pump, softener, and eventually my furnace in this area. What would you recommend for the floor? The floor isn't completely level, as it wasn't trowled perfectly, so I can't porcelain tile it. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
