I opened mine early because I was heading out of town to see the family.

Tool_master really went overboard!

First, I've got a California licence place which will make cool garage decor.

Second, I got some delicious candies from Cali... They may or may not be all gone 😁

Third, I've got V series Craftsman double open end wrenches

Forth, a set of V series channel locks

Fifth, some Craftsman end cutters

Lastly, 1/4 and 3/8 ratchets and breaker bars.

This is all greatly appreciated! I hope my victim enjoys his gift as much as I will enjoy these tools.

THANKS, SANTA!
It may seem early but my family has celebrated on Christmas Eve for decades for logistical reasons. Hey, it'seems only an hour and a half til Christmas Day anyhow.

Santa hit the mark. For me, Allen and Torx wrenches are consumables and most welcome. Nice Crafty ratchet, but the star of this show is the tiny S-K 3/8 ratchet. Smallest 3/8 I've ever seen!
Thanks again!

Thanks Cypher!

I followed you around to several camping and Tacoma forums in my stalk... I kept coming back to your user pic on here. I just wanted to see it in real life so I made it. I knew your pup, truck and garage are important to you. This sign seemed to work. Hopefully it finds a place on the wall in your life somewhere. :)

I cut it and powder coated it in my garage here at the house. I only have about $15 in materials in it but hopefully it means something to you.

PS, you're a complex dude... Wish you lived further South. :D

Merry Christmas!

My SS, Travisnd, just wowed me this year! He had something for all my likes!
Virginia salted peanuts from his state, been munching on them already!
I think my favorite items are the wood bowls his father made. I really like them!!!!
Craftsman Crown label allen wrenches, tape measure, Dunlap feeler gauge and Craftsman hat too for my favorite tool brands!
Packers and Badgers stickers for my home state of Wisconsin sports teams.
And finally a Dolmar chainsaw T-shirt that was carefully packaged by Dolmar in the shape of a chainsaw! I will post another pic of the cool graphics on it after I wash it to get the wrinkles out LOL.

Merry Christmas!

Some truly impressive gift giving going on here.

Little man woke momma and I up at zero dark thirty after running downstairs and finding out he must have made the nice list.

Report to follow coffee, wrapping paper blizzard, and cleanup.

My SS did his homework for sure... Not sure where I said I liked vibrating poop stuffed animals but the knife and brass punch set are spot on. lol

I've never had a set of brass drifts before. These will definitely get used. And the knife, well who doesn't love a big hunk of steel?

He didn't give me his user name so all I can say is thanks Jacob!

It is awesome and yes it will get hung lol there was discussion last night my SIL wants me to hang in the living room . I would have to reinforce the wall I think if I did lol :} It will be in probably the small shop as the other shop is not even close to being temp controlled or humidity controlled. I will send ya a picture when it is hung . I am thinking over the door nice clear space and not likely to get hit with anything . I am jealous you have a CNC plasma at home .. One day I will have one , been drooling on the hypertherm45 for a while . I am not likely to go to Florida (nice folks to damn hot for me) but if you come up this way lunch/ dinner is on me .

Merry Christmas!

Adam (racing tadpole),

First of all, I am sorry to hear you have been grinched in the past.

Secondly my wife and I want to thank you for your request that your SS be a donation. Since visiting with Jewel of Haven House we have decided to continue to help them out any way we can from here on out.

My family has been affected by domestic violence and have personally seen how it can destroy a family and its effects unfortunately get passed on ...

The local Haven House has 8 units but really and unfortunately could fill 30 units with families fleeing from an abusive situation.

My wife hosted a family get together yesterday and after all had left we sat and thought about those families holed up in a secured facility, during this very special time of year because an abuser is out (most on the run from the law). We are so thankful and blessed and also committed to continue our support.

Thank you again Adam,

Don

Don,

Nicely done, and you provided us a reminder that others may not be as fortunate as we are and there are different ways that we can contribute. We wish places like this did not need to exist, but glad they do so folks that need them can breathe a little easier if even for a short while.

Thanks for making GJSS a little better, which probably did not think was possible.

This has encouraged me to "dig a little deeper" this Christmas season. I will find somewhere local and Mrs Outlander and I will share what we can.

Thank you.

BTW, your GJSS gifts will pale in comparison. Yes, I know what I am talking about! Enjoy! :D

Wow thank you Outlander for the great gifts. Jim sent me a collection of personalized gifts with true Canadian flavore and a very nice card hand made by his wife and daughter. I am going place it on our table for all to see today. Thanks to your wife and daughter for that for sure.
Jim also sent some Sirop d’erable pur which I cracked open immediately and am dipping some of the Dutch Letters the neighbor brought over into. Excellent tasting Maple syrup, thank you.
He also sent me a very nice beanie and calendar from his ATV club Quad Matawinie, nice actual club members photos in the calendar. Jim are you in any of the Juillet photos?
He also sent me a custom USA made hankie from EDC Designs which reminds me of a tapestry I had hanging on my walls back in my UNM days...love it! He also sent what will be my first Canadian made tool (that I know of) a Picquic six pack multi bit screwdriver which has a very nice grip which fits nicely and allows for me to properly torque screws. I am going to have to search out and purchase the rest of the Picquic line of multi tip tools.
And lastly Jim sent a nice letter telling a bit about himself, family and what they are up to. I must commend you and your wife and daughter for all the wonderful mentoring and card making that you all do. This world certainly needs more wonderful people like you and your generosity and care is certainly evident it the items you sought out for me after doing your GJSS sleuthing on me.
Jim I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas Day and a very prosperous and bountiful New Year.
Thank you,
PECVD2

A special thank you to my Secret Santa from the next county over! :) Loved the gifts and the nice letter. The headlight will def be put to use, can't wait to try those pickles and the coffee is going to good use as well. The socket will def be a conversation piece. I haven't ran into a 1 7/8" bolt on a small engine yet! LOL! So thanks again and enjoy the rest of the holiday season!

My SS did extremely well! I didn’t have any battery pliers, and the 1/2” is the most common that either gets well used or lost completely - can’t have too many of those. My kind of stuff!! I will use absolutely everything!!

Thanks!

I opened my gift and am very grateful!

I got a t shirt, botttle is Belgian beer, and a bottle opener from Green Flash Brewing- perfect gift for me as I love trying new beer! I also got an awesome bear head bottle opener to mount. On top of all that, I got tools including a pair of Armstrong vise grips, an ampco bronze adjustable, a Felo screw holding screwdriver, and a Snap-on 10mm nut driver! Finally the coolest thing was a patch from the Naval base he has been deployed too!

Thanks a lot Dan aka Squ1d!!!IMG_2972.JPG

Merry Christmas!

cnttxmdc was my SS this year, and he nailed it. I've had great luck with Hitachi tools in the past, so I'm very thankful to add this new 4 1/2" grinder to the collection. I was just thinking how I wanted a couple different grinders to keep different wheels on, instead of swapping wheels constantly.

I also got a ZTFab grinder rack from my wife for Christmas, so this is perfect.

Thank you! There are really great gifts going around.

Thank-you Corndoggeh, for figuring out I'm a foodie! The Craftsman Be set will be right at home in my collection. I happen to have the 1945 pocket catalog to match.

My SS was BigEarn86, who really came through with some amazing gifts! He included an origami Christmas wreath which my wife absolutely loved. It will be hung on the tree with great pride. BigEarn86 saw from previous posts that I have German Shepherds, so he sent me some Japanese dog treats which I know they will enjoy. He also sent me some Japanese treats for myself... not sure about the flavors... will try them with the kids and see :D.

He also included some unique Japanese tools, including some precision tweezers, a hand saw, an extended driver bit, and a pair of impact screwdrivers. Some really awesome tools and my first made in Japan tools.

BigEarn86 is currently serving our country and in stationed in Japan. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice, it is appreciated more than you will ever know!
