Looking for interior finishing suggestions on my 10x12 Storage Shed that I am looking to repurpose.

I built this shed back in 2014 and at the time didn't feel the need to finish the interior. Fast forward to now and I have a small CNC router that is 4' x 6' that I need to get out of my double garage so I am pondering finishing the interior of this shed so I can use the CNC year round.

I am wondering about insulation for the walls and ceiling and maybe the floor. Then what would be the most cost effective least labor intensive finishing product (sheets or planks, etc) for the walls and ceiling.

I've been working on a similar CAD model of the shed to see how much floor space I would have with the CNC in place and what it would look like with shiplap walls.

If you will be insulating and heating or cooling the space, you should have a vapor barrier on the interior side of the wall. This can be drywall and paint. If you use shiplap, you should be installing a vapor barrier such as Membrain on the studs before installing the shiplap. Shiplap isn't often cheap. I'd probably just put drywall up.

Vapor barrier on walls only - what about ceiling?

I’d vapor barrier the entire inside after insulation. If you are good with drywall then use that. I used 3/4” AC plywood for my shop walls, but it was inexpensive at the time. You could use osb too, I guess.

Telling us your location will help a lot for recommendations.
The barn door is going to be difficult to seal, compared to a regular door.

I am in Minnesota and yes behind the barn door is another exterior door so its sealed up. Barn door is just for looks.
Any particular vapor barrier or just the run of the mill plastic? Any suggested insulation? What prevents insulation in the ceiling from getting moisture or mold, etc. since there is open soffit vents

Do you have a ridge vent? If so, you have to keep air flow from the soffit up to the ridge. Or seal it all up.

Make sure you have some sort of climate control, otherwise you are going to end up with mold
