The Existing Building was a 30x30 green pole barn previous owners kept horses in.

We extended the building with a 50x30 steel building that we put up 15' from the side of the barn.

We concreted the old barn barn section. Threw away slider doors. Replaced the door with an industrial roll-up, then sheeted in the original 30x30 section.

The framed connection. We had to build a new end truss for the 50x30 steel building as it was originally designed to be an endwall.

The dividing wall between the sheeted & insulated 'old barn' area and the warehouse/shop side.

We extended the back of the 30x30 section for a 'fabrication' area. This section is 12' x 30' and has double door entry. It's a dungeon though as it has no windows and is highly insulated. Framing was 2x8. The green section was the new extension.

We extended the length of the building past the end of the steel building an additional 15' x 30' for blasting & powder coating. We didn't want to smell it.

The nearly finished building. Missing gutters and some drain piping. Needs some gravel and cleanup as well.

More to come as we finish out the mixed use room. Floor is the next thing we are going to address and we are missing a bunch of equipment we are going to need.

I guess the warehouse/shop needs more racks (what is sad is this is just overflow from our main warehouse). Will have to fix that.

Yes, that is hay. And yes a double stroller. Wife & kids love goats - don't ask.

And that's it for now until the contractors get their butts back here and put in my gutters & drain piping.
