11mm the most useless socket in the world?

OEM hose clamps for intercooler/turbocharger pipes on Ford 6.7L diesel trucks are 11mm deep socket...

I thought I was gonna get away with not having 11 and 13 sockets and wrenches until I installed some aftermarket battery terminals to give me options when installing lights and other stuff. Turns out they used 11 and 13.

That was more likely 7/16" and 1/2".
