Found these the other day. Already posted about it a few days ago but these are the first pics of them.

How should I clean them? They are pretty dirty and dusty.

I have found a couple of the sockets that go on there I believe but that is all so far.

Is the black plastic thing that is zip tied on there supposed to be there? Or was it some sort of makeshift screwdriver holder added on by the consumer?

That’s a rack at the bottom for punches, chisels and pry bars. If you plan on cleaning them up I would just dust everything off real well with an old towel or shirt. Maybe afterward try soaping up the white area with some good liquid dish soap and wipe it off with a damp cloth. I wouldn’t get those too wet if they’re pegboard.
