12mm on the turbo mounting bolts of my TD VW 1.6L and 9mm for the PP bolts. Think the FW bolts are 12pt too. Either 17mm or 19mm, forget...
Some various ARP hardware but forget the sizes I've used.

Probably 8, 10, 12, and 14mm.

Occasional 10,12, and 13 mm on drive lines. 1)4" drive 1/4" 5/16" and 3)8" for cap screws on hydraulic orbit motors. 5/16" thru 1" 3)8" drive on n-14 Cummins and 7/16"-1-1/4" in half inch drive largest 12 point head I've come across has been 7/8". Older Detroit and Cummins head bolts were I believe 5/8" 12 point head.

By default I use 12 pt sockets on everything, of every size, whenever using a ratchet by hand, for loosening and tightening.

Pretty much the only times I prefer to get a 6 pt instead are if it's going on an impact wrench and/or it's rusty crusty or otherwise already sketchy looking.

Only on 12 point fasteners. Or on very large bolts/nuts. 6 point for me for almost anything unless it’s a super-tight access issue.

Flywheel bolts on my Tacoma are 14mm 12 pt heads and TTY. They're not coming off with a wrench. The drive end of my chrome USA Williams socket was looking a bit rough after a few uses, so I recently splurged for a 1/2 drive Tekton impact set, which, of course, I'll probably never need to use.

I've also experienced OE connecting rod nuts that were 12 point on 60s-70s USA V8 engines. Probably a 9/16 socket. Coupler fasteners on Saginaw steering columns and boxes were 12 points, I think 3/8, in the 1960s-70s. Yeah, I'm old :ROFLMAO:

Only have a CM 1/2 drive shallow set 10 to 21 mm, skip 20mm from Lowes for $40. Have only used a 10 & 13 mm since it was closest.
