Can I use these to replace the end of the wire? I brought a new plug and That pin is soldered to the wire. And the pin won't come out of the new plug without breaking it . It's for a vinyl cutter

yep just make sure you crimp it on well and its the right size for the wire your working with. We use them all the time for control work in cabinets etc.

Not sure I understand what you are trying to do but it sounds like you are in over your head.

Not in over my head just couldn't find 120v disconnects. The other two wires have a disconnect that one didn't.

Are those connectors automotive grade, or listed by UL or some other testing lab (NRTL)?

+1 ^ If you go to a local hardware store, they will have the 120V+, UL rated connectors that you are looking for.

If the ones that you have currently are just for low voltage, they may not hold up.

Thomas and Betts make a UL listed version of these disconnects, good up to 600Volts.
The part number for the female is 14RB-250F, and the male is 14RB-250T :)

(Edit, this terminal is sized for #14-#16 wire. For #10-#12 replace the "B" in the P/N with "C". For #18-#22 with an "A")
