I picked up a 12x12x6 box to put the splice in. It will be attached to the 2"LB with a little plug in conduit fitting that goes through the box, through the wall, into the LB. The box will be under the house on the other side of the LB. I'll use a metal 2 screw wire pinch thing mounted to the box to hold the NM-B wire. Do I need some type of wire clamp on the conduit side of the box? The guy at the depot said no, but ....

I bought a male 2" conduit fitting to install into the subpanel and a metal lock ring. Do I need to install a cable clamp where the three 2g +4g ground THWN wire comes out of the conduit, into the panel?

I bought an extra lug for the ground to the UFER to clean that up a bit.
