12x12 linoleum tile adhesive on basement floor

Hi I have a partly finished basement that I want to put race deck smoked oak in.

I had a laminate floor installed over the 12x12 tile and had water come in the basement and ruin the laminate floor.

So I pulled up all the flooring including the 12x12 tile but there is some adhesive residue left on the concrete.

I would like to prime the floor with epoxy or whatever is thought to be the best before I put the Racedeck down.

What is a good product that will work over the adhesive or do I have to remove the old adhesive..
