12x14 Ravine Shed Build

Found a great spot on my lake lot to place a shed. Since we have a stable slope that hasn't moved in 30 years and well treed, erosion protected slope I felt comfortable where it was located.

Here are some rough notes on my build including rookie mistakes.

1) shed finished is 12x14. So I set 12" sonotubes at 11x13 so they will sit inside shed dimensions and less visible after shed install. Used a water jet/ vacuum system to dig holes for sono tubes..... The ONLY way to do this....!
2) I was going to use 6 x 12" soon tubes but had to switch one with a fresh huge stump because excavating was excruciating.
3) I went down at least 48 inches on each tube and belled them out really well.
4) pouring wheelbarrows of cement into soon tubes on the flat was tough enough, but getting it into the lowest hole was an act of heroism.
5) my leveling and layout was done 8 million times on the sono tubes and was well worth it as I was proven accurate!!!! Except for a couple...What an idiot.
6) I planted 5 11" diameter 1/2" thick circular plates on top of the tying cement with three 8" rebar cleats anchoring into the cement.
7) welding friend owed me some steel. So I went with 6"h beam ( obvious overkill)
8) as you can see from lake side left sono tube I fudged up and it was out 8 inches....
Had to read and react because there was no room to fix my screw up.
Welded a plate on last support to catch the back corner. Not pretty but should be more than enough support. ( please correct me if my rookie engineering is a safety hazard)
9) I have run power out there I will have a pro install.
Gooseneck outside light, two interior old school porcelain lights and 2-4 interior Gfi outlets.
I will posted completed photos this week.
Looking for any issue comments....

So here she is before lights/ power installed. But I am not sure on best way to skirt it to keep out the critters or whether it should be left open under shed. Thanks for any advice.

While I'm not any sort of engineer nor welder; it obvious either you or a buddy are pretty decent.

Why not just add a couple of gussets from the corners of the frame to the existing post? Perhaps, either to support the existing plate or even better to add support directly to each length of the frame itself?

I'd venture that would easily make up for the slight "off" on the post placement.

By the way, where are you located? Looks slightly "southern" perhaps?

Neat project looking forward to seeing how you sort it out.
