When the 12x16 shed was built in my backyard, I set up a camera to capture the process in a time lapse video. The whole thing took only about 12 hours with all the materials precut off site and assembled at the location, but it sure felt even faster than that.

Results are pretty nice. I've already wired it with outlets and lights inside and out. Now I need to build shelving under the loft area and start loading it up!

They banged that together quick. It took me 80-120 hours or so to build my 8x16. It was my first carpentry project of that scale done mostly by myself. Looks good.

That's a very nice shed. Glad to see I'm not the only one to film shed construction. Below is a time lapse I made with an old cell phone and the LapseIt Pro app. The shed is a Tuff Shed my dad purchased. He was out of town when it was built so I recorded it. Build time was less than 2 hours even in the pouring rain.
