13 gallon parts washer help requested

Picked up a 13 gallon air operated parts washer from a local orielly's this weekend. It was missing some parts but since the manager wanted to free up some real estate and wanted to get rid of it, I got it for 30 bucks.

What I need is a picture of the assembly where the brush hose goes to. It's missing that section that inserts into the top of the tank/regulator assembly so I can fab something up.

Looks like you just need to plumb the brush hose to a suction pipe leading to near the bottom of the reservoir. Air pressure into the top of the tank will force the fluid out into the brush line from near the bottom of the reservoir...

I guess you drain the basin after depressurizing the reservoir?

I guess it would work but complicated and troublesome. How do you clean that reservoir? I see a myriad of issues with servicing.
