135 SHL vise

Anyone know any info on this vise? Jaw width about 5 1/4" . It opens to about 5 1/2". Has 135 and shl stamped on it. I can't find any info anywere about it. Help!!!!

Not sure what to do with it yet. I thought about restoring it and selling but can't find enough info to come up with a price. I have spent hours online trying to find info on it and come up with nothing. It seems to be well made.

i would think 200-300 nicely restored, at least 150. if you want to sell paint it red.
