1ph or 3ph?
Based on the condition, especially of the tables, I wouldn't expect much. Whoever buys it will have a lot of work getting it back into usable condition. Even more to fully restore it. a 220v motor limits your potential buyers too (especially if it's 3ph?). Lastly the 13" capacity is somewhat limited capacity for a large floor model. Most newer versions are 15" or more.
I'd say $200 tops to the right buyer but if you want it to sell quick, $100-$150 is more likely to attract someone to a project like this
