Found this last night while looking for tiles for the garage. Should be a good fit for this type of environment. 66 cents per tile in Beige, ADA compliant, Chemical/Stain Resistant

It's inexpensive but the wet coefficient of friction is .05. Slippery when wet!

Penske Racing in NC has tile throughout their entire shop area. I think tile is not that un-common and likely cheaper than a lot of other floorings.
