Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality 14' x 12' RV garage door? I looked at roll-ups, but that won't fit in the space. I think carriage doors would look good but have been unable to find them in that size.

I took a chance on doorson-line.com, what I liked about the website is they have all the pricing laid out in front of you as you add more options to the door. They offer just about any size and custom build your door if it’s not a common size. The few reviews I could find seemed good enough to pull the trigger. My door was a 16x10 overhead which they had to make, in about 4 weeks it was at my door. Prices were very competitive and it turned out to be the cheapest shipped door I could find. I will most certainly order from them again.

What type of door? YouTube has videos show how to make large carriage doors. Will your door frame carry that 7*12 door panel?

That is a great link, lots of customization. It has been hard to find an overhead door that size, thank you.

Thanks, I'll check out Youtube, that is not something I had considered. The garage is in the design process with an architect now, so I guess the frame could be as heavy as it needs to be.

Home Depot's website has a clopay custom door design tool... I used it a few years back to get odd size (9'w by 6.5'h) doors (DIY install) for my house. Planning to do the same for the new shop (16'w by 11'h).
