Another build thread not really a garage though. The plan is to build a garage. Use it as a woodworking shop for a year to build new kitchen cabinets. then, store our furniture in it while we do a complete gut job on our house. then, use it for shop and to store our boat. We'll see how the plans work out.

Just a basic 14'x26', 8/12 pitch, grade beam concrete floor, with 220 electric and in floor heat.

1st picture is pouring the concrete, the water, electric and nat.gas were already in the ground by then. Then, my sons and I built the two long walls. We had my nephews over and I borrowed a boom truck from my part time job and set the walls and trusses in one day. (notice how wet it was next to the truck that was a little scary). Then wrapped and roofed and the siding and trim done. But the best on is the "final" inspection approved sticker, That is a good feeling.
