$15 Estate Auction Bargains!

Got this on an estate auction of retired electrician. Bought it all in 3, $5 lots.
Any idea what those punches I'm holding are?

These have me stumped. Ideas?

Those don't look like punches to be else they would have a slightly pointed taper and not a flat spot on the end.

The punches are not punches they are a tool that sets an anchor placed in a hole in concrete. The center is undersized for the bolt that goes into the anchor and the outside drives the outside of the anchor down over a conical ( nut). That wedges the anchor in the hole.

Thanks! I seem to buy most Diamond stuff i encounter.
The 12" is a Proto but the 10" and 8" are Dimalloy.
Fence pliers and green handle pliers are too!

Green handled diamond anything seems to fetch a premium. I'll have to check in regards to pliers but the adjustable wrenches are pretty hot right now.

Great score IMO. The pipe wrench is an easy 50 spot on the e of bay. The linesman pliers and crimpers are almost $75 new as well.
