That is a good deal. I nearly ordered 30 of those a while ago (when they cost more) but would have needed the $20 frames as well for surface mount so I was looking at around $65 each. It was for my garage and the rest of the project is over budget so I ended up with James LED strip diffuser lights for around $40 each. Great to see the price coming down.

Very tempted. Did you get 4000k bright or 5000k white? Have you been pleased so far?

I used 5000K and I am pleased. I temporarily hung them from my trusses to have light. I don't have power in my garage yet, so I have them powered from an extension cord from my house...

I am probably going to design a simple low profile sheetmetal bracket to surface mount them later rather than buying the surface mount kit.
