The 16' door on my shop is coming apart. It seems the wind has stressed them and when the door is all the way up, it is buckling in. Could extra bracing fix this or is it a lost cause? Did I screw up when hanging them?

Depending on how bad it is struts will fix it. A strut is the galvanized beam that runs the length of the door. Unless it is windloaded most 16's come with one on top. A couple of more in the middle should take care of it. Do not put it part way across the door it will only help temporarily a strut needs to go the full length of the door to be effective.
