Scott, your plan looks good. If you include a beam from the corner of the bathroom across to the outside wall it could probably be engineered. The beam might be useful as well.

I just came across a build thread for a 44' x 68' x 15' stick-built shop on another web site. There doesn't appear to be any blocking on the 15' tall on 16"-centered 2x6's. There is OSB sheathing on the exterior of the building. The build took place in Bay City, Michigan.

This build looks quite similar to the basic idea of my building.
