looks good, man. What is that on top of the sawhorse? I see a tiny wheelbarrow, a sled hanging on the wall, a lawnmower, maybe. ...and a bed. Is that a mock up of the real garage you'll have one day?

edit: I enlarged that pic...that's no bed...those are shelves....the way it should be:thumbup:

Stuff looks too new, get busy with it! You may never be happier than you are right now with what you have there. Those first work spaces tend to stick in your memory later in life, like first girlfriends do.

That's a great setup for 16. Nice investment. At that age, I had a floor jack and a gray Craftsman box with a handle on top. Got it at a scratch and dent sale for $10. Still have it too and that was...oh, never mind. ;)

Awesome set for 16. Mine was a Sears gray lift top with a basic set. Probably some of those quality JC Whitney tools also.

Fantastic! My Dad gave me a small corner of his workshop when I was a younger, complete with a small workbench (which was actually a kidney shaped make up table discarded by a neighbour).

Well done to you....and it looks your folks have provided a great oppotunity for you to get off to a great start!

Nicely done so far Everet. You're young enough that if you're careful with our money you can acquire a super nice set of tools over time by carefully shopping Craigslist and yard sales. I'd say search for quality and quantity as you may be tempted to do in the short term.
