Just picked this anvil up made a 3 legged stand. 3" schedule 40 steel filled with sand, 3/4" plate on the base of each foot, and 3/8" thick top. It doesn't have a permanent home in the shop. Looking for ideas on how to move it without having a fixed caster to it.

Curious why you added the half round plates, and any idea what the total weight is?
Moving it? Not very often.

It cradles the anvil in. Also if anyone where to lean on it it wouldn't topple over.

Was thinking how I can use a johnson bar or a trailer dolly to move it around.

Two rollers on the side with the 2 legs mounted just above the ground. When you pick up the single leg slightly making the rollers touch the ground should make it move easily.
