1918 Vice, Anyone Know Anything About It?

Inherited this old vice. Liked it, thought it was really cool, so I took it apart to free it up and mounted to my bench. It had been welded back together some time ago, don't know when. Has a really nice feature that the rear jaw can swivle, making clamps on tappered items nice and secure. Recently noticed what I believe is a date stamp. You can just make out the 19 and the 18. Anybody got an idea about who may have made it? Thanks for lookin'. Here's a couple of pics:

Looks very much like my prentiss 181 from the dynamic jaw (non swivel jaw). But the jaws don't resemble the "C" shaped ones other prentiss vises normally have. Cool find

Looks like a Prentiss to me. Sometimes unmarked, sometimes says "Prentiss" on the top surface right behind the swivel jaw.
As to the stamped numbers, not likely a date, more likely a lot number assigned during manufacture.

Unmarked Prentiss model 19 if the jaws are 3.5 inches wide.
Unmarked Prentiss model 19 1/2 if the jaws are 4 inches wide.
Unmarked Prentiss model 20 if the jaws are 4.5 inches wide.
