1930's delta jointer and lathe

so i just bought a whole box of walden worcester tools ( post comming soon ) and in the basement i spotted this jointer and parts of a lathe from the name tags i think they are 1930's delta but i'm not sure what do you guys think and how much should i give the lady?

Those are the light duty homeowner Delta machines. They're worth $50 each, maybe $75-100 each if they were complete with Delta motors and in operating condition.
