Looking for a No. 71 rat and a K4C speeder with 1931 date codes. Will buy or trade.

Ya know Mom for us non collectors out here could you post a picture of the speeder and how to ID the date code? I have a couple that came from my Gpa and FIL that are old but I have no idea of age or even what the one your looking for looks like.
