1935 71a!

After searching for two and a half decades, I finally found a Snap On F71A. Date code of 5 (1935)
Yes 80 years old. Found it at the local pawn shop. Had a 40 dollar price tag and haggled them down to 25. I know, I know...pictures....

Here are some cell phone photos. Does anyone know if the red paint was done by Snap On? I believe some photos on AA show paint but nothing in the description.

The paint is non factory. Check out collectingsnapon.com also. They show all the versions of the 71a. nice find, very good condition.
