Finally got this all together and running today. Installed and adjusted the blade guides I machined out of aluminum. Everything works fine. The reeves variable speed is a little noisy but works fine.

I used to work as a toolmaker for Do-All in the early 80's at the Des Plaines plant. Nice to see this example up and working. Nice job of restoring it.

Great looking machine. I’ve never seen one with a stepped front like that, does it get in the way?
