So I picked these up at an estate sale Friday morning (among other things, yes I'll have pictures of everything up later.) Only paid $1.00 for them since they're "broken." The original adjuster is long gone and in it's place is a not so great homemade setup.
No, these will not be taken to Sears and replaced under warranty. Don't make me smack you.
That set screw that screws into the hole under the Easy Action stamp doesn't secure anything together. Any idea what it actually does? Aside from rolling my own, any ideas where I can get a replacement adjuster? Does anyone have an actual patent number for these? I'd like to get a somewhat better age range for them and possibly figure out what that set screw does from the patent info.
