My Grandfather was cleaning out his shop and gave me this 1940 Walker Turner production drill press. Someone had given it to him over 10 years ago and it was just taking up space. It was taking missing a few parts but he said between the two I should have enough parts to get one functional. So I spent a few evenings after the kids when to bed cleaning, de-greasing, polishing, painting and rewiring. I think I'm a spindle cap and a return spring away from completion. It runs great and I can't wait to see the look on his face when he see's what I've done with it.
