1940's Craftsman Drill Press

I recently inherited my grandfather's Craftsman Drill Press. It hadn't been used in many years and had several things wrong with it.

I took it apart and got everything working and love it.

However it is missing the table lock handle and the similar handle for the head.

Is there a place to get parts for these?

Model # is 103.23130
